Select a date with available video by clicking on a highlighted day in the calendar display. A list

of available video segments will appear in the video segment list to the left of the screen.

Individual video segments or groups of segments can be selected for playback.

Please see the sections titled Date/Time Selection, HDD/SD button and Playback Control for

more information on selecting and viewing video.

Smart Disk (local connection)

The BUS-WATCH® Play back application can be used to view video stored on a REI SDHC

card (recorded on a SD40) connected to the host PC via a REI SD card reader connection. To

view video stored on a REI SDHC card using the BUS-WATCH® Play back application, first

connect the REI SDHC card to a USB port on the host PC using a standard REI SD card reader.

Note: A REI SDHC card reader and REI SDHC high capacity memory card may be purchased at

REI (Radio Engineering Industries)

Connect the REI SDHC card connected to the host PC via a REI SD card reader connection.

Wait for a few seconds for the software to recognize the device and assign a drive letter. Note:

Windows must recognize the connected REI SDHC card and assign a valid drive letter before the

drive will be recognized by the BUS-WATCH® Play back application.

To view video on the connected REI SDHC card, set the BUS-WATCH® Play back application

video source to HDD/SD by clicking the HDD/SD Button.

Select a date with available video by clicking on a highlighted day in the calendar display. A list

of available video segments will appear in the video segment list to the left of the screen.

Backup Video File

The BUS-WATCH® Play back application can be used to view video backed-up to the host PC

using the BUS-WATCH® Play back application Backup function. Please see the section titled

Video Backup for information on using the BUS-WATCH® Play back application Backup

function.

To view backed-up video stored on the host PC, select a specific file by clicking the Open File

button. Clicking on the Open File button opens a standard Windows Open File window.

Navigate to the location of the stored backed-up video and select the file to be viewed and click

OK. This will start playing the video for review.
