Remote Control Dialog Box
Menu Selection
The REI Rx001 LiveView and PlayBack PC Software application includes a Menu
Function Button that allows three separate operations to be performed within the BUS-
WATCH® Live View application.
The Menu Button of the BUS-WATCH® Live View application may be used by all
users to display information within the Info Box, to view logged events, and open the
About window. Once the Menu Button is selected, the REI window will be displayed.
Within this window there are four options to select from: Show OSD (On Screen
Display), Show Info Box, Log View or About
.
Active Info Box and OSD
Show OSD / Hide OSD
If the Show OSD Box is selected, it will display the information from the DVR Driver
info section within the System Setup menu. This information can be company name,
vehicle number, or driver/route. To remove this information from the screen, click the
Menu Button and select Hide OSD option. This option hides this information from the
viewer.
Show Info Box / Hide Info Box
If the Show Info Box is selected, it will display the information in the gray box just to the
right of the blinking green bar. It will be populated with a green screen, which is broken
into three sections. The top section will display the name of the device it is connected to
and have a red square if there is no live video being played or a red arrow if live video is
playing. The middle section is broken down into three sections. The far left section
shows kB being used, the middle has a video run clock to show the length of time the
video has been running, and the far right section is the actual time of day. The last /
bottom section gives the name for the video feed which is currently being viewed along
with the status of the viewing area. If the Info Box is open, the other option for the Info
